Meditation Course

In this course, the intention is for the student to not only understand the fundamentals and numerous benefits of meditation, but to become a self-sufficient meditator with a regular practice. A thorough introduction to several forms of meditation will be introduced, and there will be an emphasis on breathing techniques, mindfulness, and transcendence. The course schedule will be determined by the convenience of the participant.

5 sessions, 75 minutes per session

Meditation/YOGA Course

This course is a comprehensive and thorough instruction of several different forms of meditation and yoga. The intention is for the student to not only learn the fundamentals of meditation and yoga, but more importantly how they are connected. As well, the student will learn how to become a self-sufficient meditator and yoga practitioner, and will have their own specialized practice and sequence to build upon.

8 sessions, 90 minutes per session
